Menorca
GODAI
Godai is the first Japanese restaurant with a Menorcan soul, a unique concept located on the waterfront of the Cala’n Bosch marina. An adults‑only space where Japanese haute cuisine meets the island’s finest local ingredients, creating an unrepeatable gastronomic experience in Menorca.
The restaurant is led by Julián Mármol, a Michelin‑starred chef since 2019, awarded by the Embassy of Japan in Spain and creator of Europe’s only private Japanese haute cuisine club. The menu blends ancestral Japanese techniques with Menorca’s noble produce, resulting in a fusion cuisine without confusion. Exclusive dishes, a curated selection of wines and sakes, and a cocktail menu designed for summer evenings complete an experience enjoyed under the starry sky with views of the marina.
Godai is more than a restaurant: it is a sensory journey between Japan and Menorca, a tribute to product, technique and creativity, set in one of the most exceptional locations on the island.
